Sugarbird has always been outstanding in terms of its collaborations, as we have already seen many exciting capsule collections or license collaborations from them. This time, the latest big fashion trend was born together with the deservedly famous and long-standing Gerbeaud Coffee House. On the one hand, they launched their joint collection on the market, the announcement of which aroused great interest, and on the other hand, one of the capital's most impressive brand stores was opened in the Gerbeaud Ház. The shop is characterized by a unique milieu and equipment, where there is even a huge pile of pistachio body lotion. At the private event, the invited guests could also watch a salon presentation on October 16. Among the models, such exciting names as Panka Gesztesi, Timi Gelencsér, Szabina Tápai, Schobert Lara, Rea Milla, Réka Nagy, Adél Jordán, Ági Aipli, or the face of the brand Maja Jagasics appeared. However, Gelencsér's dog Füge clearly carried the show. A real French feeling surrounded the opening, which Jagasics v. Hedvig Csonka, the founder and owner of Sugarbird, and Anna Niszkács, the managing director and owner of the Gerbeaud group of companies, officially opened the event.
"The Sugarbird X Gerbeaud collaboration is practically two-way. One of its main lines is our newest store, since it is no longer a secret that one of the former ballrooms of the imposing Gerbeaud Ház has become the location of the downtown Sugarbird Brand Store. Speaking of which, a joint capsule with the Gerbeaud team We also launched a collection on the market
we transfer its decorative elements to the clothes we design. Many people might have thought that the pieces of the collection would be greeted by cakes, but no. Specifically, we worked on the interior elements of the Gerbeaud House with our designer-graphic designer Miss KK at the helm, to whom I would practically associate the design of the collection, but this time I would highlight our entire design and graphic team, including Ádám Baranyi, Rebeka Blahó and
Kukli Katika. The so-called Titanic room of Gerbeaud Kávéház is also included in the story, as we furnished the place with furniture from Kalotaszeg, which from then on is a permanent heritage exhibition. The purpose of this is to be able to incorporate our unusual motto, our mission of "bringing Hungarian into fashion" into this collaboration. We consciously did not renew these pieces of furniture, practically one
the customer and guest who visits the store will have a sense of life and an experience reminiscent of the past," said Jagasics v. Hedvig Csonka.
The Sugarbird X Gerbeaud collection is now available online ( www.sugarbird.com ) and, of course, in the newest Sugarbird store, which is hosted by the Gerbeaud Café. What will be the next step in this exciting collaboration? A joint cake?
